Winston is known as Win and has recently joined our core team working on HBCM exercise preparation and delivery with key clients. He has experience nationally and internationally having worked in the USA, Canada, Gibraltar, Czech Republic, the Philippines and all over the United Kingdom. He has over 36 years experience in enforcement, security and operational crisis management.
Win has previously been a member of the instruction staff for the Hostage & Crisis Negotiators course for the East of England since 1998 and became the course director in 2002. As a result he created his presentations and lectures on the Psychology of Influence which underpin his contribution and balance he brings to our team in Counter Terrorism, Serious Crime Investigation and Hostage & Crisis Negotiations.
