Mark East – Senior HBCM & Environmental Consultant

Mark is Lee’s business partner in CARM LLP and proprietor of the Sapira®™ Business Sustainability HSE process and software. A scientist with a BSC and broad general management experience, he is able to combine his personal business experience with excellent communications, team management and training skills.

The Sapira system, conceived by Mark, has been developed over 10 years, starting as a paper based product evolving in the last two years into an internet based risk and project product used by client companies world-wide. Sapira®™ is a registered trademark in the UK, Europe and Australasia. In this role he also provides hands-on delivery of training in Emergency Preparedness, Spill Contingency Planning and Environmental Management. Mark also co owns the HBCM ®™methodology with Lee Weavers.
