Lee has extensive experience at executive and management level. Since 2000, he has worked in the private sector and been responsible for delivery of business resilience & continuity programmes, change management projects to business clients in the UK and Internationally.
He has successfully led a raft of projects around the world and has particular expertise in risk management, security and safety. Recent programmes have involved worldwide corporate implementations & the attainment t of 5 British Standards including BS2599 for a Middle Eastern client in the UK.
In addition to Lee’s executive experience in the commercial sector, he previously held a number of senior operational positions in the police service. He retired in 2000 after a protracted period as the Assistant Chief Constable Operations and Head of CID in Essex. During his career he led various major operations and serious & serial crime investigations; his experience in practical ‘crisis management’ is second to none.
He has previously engaged in full time academic study to Masters Level and is currently taking a diploma in risk management.
He is a member of the Institute of Directors and energetic Managing Director of Leema Risk Management Ltd, & Viking Mariners Ltd and is a partner with Mark East in Continuity and Resilience Management LLP through which they manage HBCM products.
