John Coyle – Senior HBCM & Interactive Learning Consultant

John is a highly experienced & skilled consultant. He has trained as an assessor in the EFQM business excellence model and has recently completed a year’s course of study with the Institute of Risk Management.

John is currently involved in an extensive development programme in HBCM with a global brokerage and inter dealers. This has involved creating Incident Response and Crisis Management plans, together with wider reaching business continuity plans for major multi-tenanted sites in London, Europe and US and Asia. His understanding of risk and environmental aspects has been focused on building extensive risk entity profiles for each location and developing and delivering exercises and alternative site testing.

John has also recently worked with a high net worth Middle Eastern Business and a major UK Insurer in the past 12 months in designing implementing enhancements to their crisis and emergency procedures. John has extensive experience in major incidents, including aircraft hijacks, firearms incidents and a civil disaster at an oil terminal.
