Anna has over 17 years experience in the Financial Services Industry where she has worked in many diverse roles. Anna has worked in both investment banks and brokerage houses which have provided her with diverse knowledge of city processes and regulatory environments.
This has given her rounded and relevant experience of the industry and in particular of trade flows from the ‘Front’ to ‘Middle’ and ‘Back Office’. Her past work has included fulfilling gap analysis and risk management – business continuity activities and training. With all this thorough grounding in financial services, she is now working as a consultant supporting companies in control and operational risk areas and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
Anna is currently involved in an extensive review of business continuity management within a global bonds and securities trading company, with its main operating bases in Canary Wharf and New York. Her current tasks include finalising audit and review processes prior to Internal and External Audit review, culminating in testing a number of business unit plans through training and exercise programmes. She is also in the process of implementing a global crisis management structure ensuring that whatever the crisis, procedures and key roles are successfully fulfilled. Other work involves pandemic planning and supply chain audits.
