We approach all training and exercising as learning opportunities adopting the Confucian principles:
I hear and I forget > I see and I remember > I do and I understand
We also understand that for change to be effective and of long-term benefit, it must affect individuals’ behaviours and attitudes. We bring clarity to an often overcomplicated landscape of learning pathways and qualifications and support you throughout the implementation of a productive learning program that best suits you.

We provide learning & Development in the following areas:
|
Our principle goals are to:
Provide you and your teams with excellent learning and development events to build sustainable skills and confidence.
Ensure you can successfully recover your businesses in the event of a significant interruption to your daily operations whether it results in loss of personnel, your premises or your ICT infrastructure!
We do this using 6 core learning platforms with modular content and linked pathways, which can be very simply tailored to your individual requirements. These provide training, coaching, mentoring and exercising on your premises using effective and innovative approaches to learning which are all delivered by first class practitioners drawn from a variety of backgrounds.
We can also deliver blended learning solutions directly to your workplace in subjects such as Risk and Business Continuity Management via our interactive learning package Leema – Interactive Learning. A team needs to pull in the same direction and for this to happen, each individual, from the newest to the longest serving, needs to understand their role and its contribution to the team and wider organisational objectives.
This is also particularly critical in crisis management terms and a vital ingredient of modern risk and media management.
Good leadership and strong teams come in many shapes and sizes, knowing the right style and how and when to use it is a critical leadership and relationship skill.
Successfully leading a team is challenging and demanding if teams are to deliver the goods, so we offer three levels of leadership and team building from basic confidence building and bonding to challenging outdoor events.

Much of what we do in the risk management arena goes back to having a range of sound management, business planning and programme and project management skills.
Frequently, we identify the need for people development inputs to be designed to extend and stretch those in current supervisory roles. They often represent future candidates who really know the business who can become the middle and senior managers of the future. An example would be in providing an early series of inputs into strategic planning techniques.
We design and run workshops in a range of subjects, many of our courses are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and Chartered Management Institute (CMI)
We can also offer a variety of psychometric approaches to evaluating personal strengths and weaknesses using Margerison McCann (TMSDI) Team Management Systems or other recognised instruments tailored to your needs.
We provide on and offsite coaching and mentoring services to public and private sector organisations in a range of disciplines through our highly skilled and experienced business coaches.
We seek to offer a vehicle for analysis, reflection and action that ultimately enhances the client’s performance in work and life.
Coaching can enable a business to provide their employee’s with a mechanism for continuing their personal development on a 1 to 1 basis. To identify and address issues that may be impacting on an individual’s success and performance. Typically coaching is run over 9 or 12 months with approximately 6 sessions over this period. Prior to any coaching beginning it is critical that a framework is agreed between all stakeholders covering elements such as; Objectives, expected outcomes, confidentiality, ROI, communication.
Mentoring, is focused on working with people who have “been there and done that” and have some experience and knowledge to share which the company identifies as being of value. Typically this is focussed on individuals within the company that have been identified as benefiting from focused 1 to 1 time with either an internal or external management and leadership mentor. Mentoring can re-enforce prior training in a real time scenario and ensure the learning’s are embedded.
