Following initial diagnostic work, we designed, conducted and assessed learning impacts from exercises we delivered in the 7 main UK premises used by the client in the UK. In all cases the scenarios were developed to include both a local and area incident simulations. The area incidents were conceived and developed to add specific and realistic threats with regard to the current security and terrorism environment in the UK today. Primarily the scenario’s focused on identifying overall plan and risk management weaknesses along with assessing communication and escalation procedures between different levels of the organisation.
The exercises uncovered hidden interdependencies and unknown flaws in security measures that without testing would have remained unidentified risks to the business. For the client, extensive evaluation reports and action plans were provided which highlighted the strategic changes that were necessary to ensure that their businesses became more robust.
Following this successful project a long term partnership now exists with this client through annual tailored programmes.
