This programme has involved the implementation of the full HBCM model along with an Integrated Management System (IMS) supporting ISO 18000, 14000 & 9000 and BS 25999 in Business Continuity Management.

In addition to the business continuity and crisis management inputs, LRM has provided wider management development activities such as strategic planning, performance management, team building and crisis management training and events to increase the capacity of the senior and middle management teams.

This has amongst other activities, entailed a series of ICT audits to build up to and then test failover capabilities for BS25999 which will in due course lead to attainment of ISO27001 information security.
