Business Recovery Services

We believe that our greatest contribution to your business and its resilience is to work with you in a preventative role in proactively mitigating the possibility of a significant business interruption (SBI). We do this primarily through our proportionate and pragmatic approach to preventative risk management.

However, the risk of an SBI occurring cannot ever be 100% ruled out, whether we are already working with you or you are coming to us for the first time after an interruption has occurred. In either case, we provide a range of business recovery services to help you ‘get back on your feet’ in the most cost effective and speedy manner possible. We can assist by providing prompt, relevant and high quality support to you, your team and your business.

So what form will this support take?

FloodThe nature of an SBI and the impact that it may have on an organisation can be immensely diverse:

The cause of the SBI may be external; through climate change or adverse weather, utility outages, acts of terrorism or emanate from the continuing global financial crisis, or be internal, such as through staff absences, IT systems failure, fire or flood.

Your business may be involved in manufacturing, transport, supply chain, the service sector, financial services; the list is endless. The key to effective support to you at your time of need is a swift analysis of the issues leading to a clear plan, a focused response, tenacious actions, extensive communication, attention to detail and a consistent, sustained presence through to full resolution.

FireTo co-ordinate the response or support you in this role we will guarantee a senior member of our team to act either as your Crisis Manager or Crisis Advisor, working with you to agree the required actions, supervising the completion of those actions and fully representing your best interests.

Members of the Leema teams can undertake much of the required work if you desire and we will draw upon the involvement of our partners in areas where their specialist knowledge and expertise is particularly valuable.

The following list, while not exhaustive, provides a comprehensive account of where we can offer in dependent support:
